Distribution Network
One Operating Base. Multiple Markets. One Connected Distribution Network.
Hisar is our primary operating location. From there we serve distributor markets across Haryana.
Schematic representation. Not to scale; lines do not represent delivery routes.

Fleet & carriers
Our own vehicles for bulk loads. National carriers for urgent parcels.
Two delivery channels run side by side, so neither the size nor the urgency of a consignment decides whether it arrives on time.
Our own fleet
Hardik Enterprises runs its own fleet of delivery vehicles, kept road-ready and loaded to a daily plan. Because the vehicles are ours, dispatch does not depend on finding a transporter: bulk consignments leave on schedule, on routes we control, and on-time delivery is the standard each day is planned around.
- Well-maintained vehicles available every working day
- Planned, market-wise routes for bulk distributor loads
- Direct control over loading, timing and handling
- Delivery performance reviewed route by route
Carriers we ship with
Not every requirement fills a vehicle. When a distributor needs a small, handy parcel urgently, it is booked the same day with an established national carrier. We ship with Safexpress, DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ekart and Gati.
- Immediate dispatch of small and urgent consignments
- Accelerated delivery without waiting for the next full load
- Small parcels handled without holding up bulk loads
- Reach into every town our distributors serve
Territory in detail
40+ towns across the districts we serve.
Each market we supply is the centre of a wider trading area. These are the principal towns that fall within our distributors' territories.

What geography demands
A spread-out network creates operational requirements.
Serving several markets from a single base means each of these has to work consistently for every market, near or distant.
Inventory positioning
Stock held at the Hisar base has to be sufficient to cover requirements arising across all markets served.
Order processing
Orders from different markets need to be processed and billed promptly so that dispatch is not held up.
Transportation coordination
Markets lie in different directions and at different distances from Hisar. Our own fleet covers the planned routes, and national carriers take small, urgent parcels.
Delivery turnaround
Distant markets are targeted for service within approximately one day where operationally feasible.
Distributor communication
Regular contact with distributors in each market keeps requirements, dispatches and open matters aligned.
Reverse logistics
Returns and replacements have to travel back from each market to the base and be brought to resolution.
Distributor relationships
Strong Distribution. Stronger Market Continuity.
Distributor relationships are an important part of our operating model. Maintaining them effectively supports continuous availability of represented products in the market. Because the rapport is strong and personal, distributors raise concerns early, and complaints are resolved on time.
- Regular order coordination
- Replenishment
- Product availability
- Scheme coordination
- Replacement handling
- Early complaint resolution
- Issue resolution
- Market servicing
